Devices and Platforms (D&P) domain combines devices with platforms and apps, to strengthen BuyIn to be the key sourcing partner in the implementation of the new digital services. It encompasses all service platforms, the full scope of Terminal equipment as well as SIM cards.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The Country Manager is responsible for:

•Understanding local market dynamics (Country vs. competitors) and becoming the market / Country expert for Mobile and Fixed Devices.

•Driving data analysis of hardware spendings and prices on given countries/product

•Foster trust relationships with countries CXs and operational teams

•Driving all activities enabling Countries to get the highest share of vendor funds as well    as ensuring most competitive commercial terms

•Collaborating with countries stakeholders for projects development

•Best practice sharing activities based on experience and knowledge across various    countries

•Leveraging global expertise and supporting local or regional negotiation

•Giving guidance to BuyIn’s vendor teams (e.g. by sharing target prices for negotiations    based on market price developments)

•Driving innovation/change in processes and global negotiation strategy/tactics with    vendors

YOUR PROFILE

You hold a University degree or an MBA in the area of Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, Business Information Technology or a qualification of the same level.

You also possess the following skills and experience:

•Professional experience in a local entity e.g. in procurement, marketing or business development of 3+ years

•Knowledge and understanding of the worldwide Telco and/or Mobile Devices industry

•Strong business development mindset and entrepreneurial attitude to successfully support negotiations

•Outstanding ability for building up and retaining relationship management with    stakeholders

•Ability to think and work on cross-functional basis

•Understanding of data analysis, analytical mind with a strategic ability of extracting      trends and conclusions

•Proficient in MS Office

•Excellent communication, storyline and presentation skills

•Capacity to work autonomously in a multi-cultural environment and adapt quickly on a    fast changing market

•Fluency in French and English . German is a plus

•Willingness to travel
