Description of domain/function:

Devices and Platforms (D&P) domain combines devices with platforms and apps, to strengthen BuyIn to be the key sourcing partner in the implementation of the new digital services. It encompasses all service platforms, the full scope of Terminal equipment as well as SIM cards

Your responsibilities

As a Junior Project Manager in Communication (apprentice) you will:

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring communication on different procurement processes.
• Coordinate with various departments, vendors and partners to ensure content of presentation, meeting minutes and that action points are aligned
• Support the development of a “Starter kit” for new sources arriving in PCM Team
• Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Provide administrative support to Country Managers & Partner Managers during their regular interactions with countries and partners

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 of a relevant degree program (e.g., Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management)
• Good level of communication and interpersonal skills
• Abilities to build storyline and presentation skills
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a multi-cultural environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for this role. The candidate must be able to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients in English. This includes the ability to draft clear and concise project documentation, reports, and presentations, as well as participate in meetings and discussions.
