Description of domain/function:

As a Product Manager in the Digital Products & Operations team, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the main procurement tool within our organization, in close collaboration with the CIO and Senior Product Manager. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, optimize procurement processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities

As product manager for our main procurement tool you will:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Develop and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Provide training and support to users, ensuring effective utilization of the tool.
• Monitor and report on product performance, user feedback, and outcomes.
• Managing the demand plan qualification process and the demand plan automation
• Being responsible for the master data
• Monitoring the contract and demand plan interfaces with Orange and providing 2nd level support here
• Manage other minor projects

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, computer science or other procurement related degree.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager/Owner, preferably in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of the iValua procurement suite or similar procurement tools.
• Excellent product management skills, including backlog management and feature prioritization.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellente communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent level of English, French and/or German is a plus
