We’re looking for a Senior Program & Stakeholder Manager to connect the dots between strategy, sourcing, and stakeholders across our core domains with the aim to ensure roadmap implementation and communication of an Orange Procurement improvement project (Phenix) between Orange and BuyIn.

Core Capabilities & Skills

In this strategic and communicative role, you will:

• Coordinate collaboration and stakeholder engagement with Orange Group in the Phenix context
• Create business reporting and process descriptions
• Create briefings for top management stakeholders on CxO level
• Process and document savings methodology and status
• Train sourcers' on new methodology
• Coordinate and organize internal meetings to drive the change process forward

You bring

• A degree in business, IT, economics, or similar

• Strong understanding of financial concepts and KPIs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and analytical skills
• A customer-focused, results-driven mindset
• Experience in procurement
• Your English language skills are business fluent in spoken and written to be able to work in an international scope
• French is mandatory
