With BuyIn, you will be given the opportunity to be part of the small team dedicated to Finance Services in a multicultural, fast-moving and challenging environment! Our flex and open office in Issy-les-Moulineaux is only a few minutes to the Tram, RER and metro stations.

Your responsibilities

The mission will consist of temporary replacement from March to June.

Production of BuyIn accounts of 3 legal entities (Germany, Canada and Belgium):

• Follow up on the Purchase-to-Pay process

• Liaise with internal customers as well as international Accounting service providers and shareholder representatives

• Steer the monthly / annual financial closing (IFRS): P&L, Balance sheet, analytical reviews

Coordinate and consolidate BuyIn accounts:

• Coordinate the production of consolidated accounts for BuyIn Group and its 4 legal entities

• Coordinate and validate, through account reviews, activities performed by accounting subcontractors (including Deutsche Telekom and Orange shared service centers)

• Validate statutory and consolidated financial statements with support from service providers

• Prepare files for Management, shareholders, and Boards of Directors

• Prepare monthly financial reporting for the VP Finance/CFO, management team, board, and employee representatives

• Alert VP Finance/CFO on potential financial risks and propose corrective actions

• Support BuyIn teams in their spending commitments, ensuring proper application of internal processes across the four legal entities

• Contribute to the further digitization of BuyIn's internal reporting

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses based on management requestThis includes the following activities:

• Follow up on the Purchase-to-Pay process of the four legal entities (in France, Germany, Canada and Belgium)

• Liaise with internal customers as well as international Accounting service providers and shareholder representatives

• Steer the monthly / annual financial closing (IFRS): P&L, Balance sheet, analytical reviews

• Liaise with external and internal auditors

• Drive the annual budgeting process and forecast analyses

• Contribute to the further digitization of BuyIn's internal reporting

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses based on management requests

Your profile

You have completed a Master degree in the area of Finance and Accounting or Administration and

You have at least 10 years of professional experience in this area. Ideally, these experiences were collected in an internationally active company.

You also possess the following skills and experience:

Professional Skills

• Proven experience in accounting, account review, and auditing

• Experience as Financial Controller is a must

• Cost center management, budgeting, and reporting

• Cross-functional team leadership

• Professional knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint, PowerBI is a plus

Languages

• Fluent English

• German or French is a plus
