Role Purpose:

As a Strategic Sourcer, you will lead complex procurement projects and shape the category strategy for Television & Communication Platform Services within the Devices & Platforms domain. You will manage strategic suppliers, negotiate key contracts, and support countries throughout the full lifecycle of deals and deployments.

Your role will mainly consist of sourcing software and/or as a Service solution for Deutsche Telekom and Orange.

Your responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives (RFPs/RFQs) for hardware, software, and professional services.

• Analyze and align cross-country demands to build robust sourcing strategies.

• Negotiate commercial and contractual conditions to secure best-in-class value.

• Drive cost-optimization levers and support implementation in the countries.

• Manage contracts and supplier relationships throughout their lifecycle.

• Contribute market insights and deal intelligence to enhance our Smart Analytics tools.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across multiple countries and business units.
  

Your profile

• Degree or MBA in Procurement, Business, Engineering, IT, or similar.

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, ideally in technology or telecom.

• Strong negotiation skills and solid knowledge of contract law.

• Autonomous, structured, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.

• Team-oriented mindset, with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation.

• Comfortable in a multicultural and fast-moving environment.

• Fluency in English required; French and/or German is a plus.

• Willingness to travel internationally.
