Description of domain/function:

You will join the « Enabling functions » team as apprentice « Legal & Compliance » within the Legal department based in France (Issy-les Moulineaux) and in Germany (Bonn).

Your responsibilities

As a Legal & Compliance Dual Student, you will support the "Finance, HR & General Secretary" team under the supervision of experienced team members. Your contributions will include:

• Drafting and Negotiating Contracts: Assist in drafting and negotiating frame procurement contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and other complex contracts, particularly in the context of RFx with international suppliers.

• Updating Contract Templates: Update contract templates in accordance with the latest policies of the parent companies and national/international regulations.

• Legal Training and Awareness: Contribute to legal training sessions focused on contract law and data protection, and raise awareness of Legal & Compliance within BuyIn.

• Legal Research and Memos: Perform legal research and draft legal memos for internal use and for internal customers.

• Cooperation with Orange Legal Departments: Actively cooperate with various Orange Legal Departments, including Procurement, IP, Data Protection, and Compliance.

• Compliance and Data Protection Processes: Participate in the internal realisation and monitoring of compliance, antitrust, and data protection processes

Your profile

You are currently preparing a Master II degree in International Business Law (or a similar field), ideally with prior experience through an ERASMUS or other exchange programme with a foreign university. You also possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and French; German is a plus.

• Responsiveness and Business-Centric Mindset: Ability to respond quickly and focus on business needs.

• Precision and Attention to Detail: A strong sense of precision in your work.

• Independence and Proactivity: Ability to work independently and proactively.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
