We are looking for an exceptional Senior Vice President Strategic Procurmenet Information Technology to lead our IT domain, drive business transformation, and build the next generation of strategic technology partnerships.

Your Mission

As Senior Vice President Strategic Procurement Information Technology, you will define and execute BuyIn's IT procurement strategy across all major technology categories, delivering sustainable value through strategic sourcing, supplier governance, innovation partnerships, and disciplined execution.

You will operate at the intersection of technology, business, procurement, and leadership, shaping sourcing strategies across Hardware, Software, Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, and IT Services while building strong executive relationships with stakeholders, partners, and key industry players.

What You Will Do

• Define the vision and strategic roadmap for BuyIn's IT domain – covering a spend of >€2bn annually.

• Lead large-scale transformation, innovation, and value-creation sourcing projects (single projects often >€100mn).

• Build trusted partnerships with C-level stakeholders across Orange, Deutsche Telekom, BuyIn, and the technology ecosystem to align priorities and translate business needs into sourcing strategies.

• Lead high-impact commercial negotiations with strategic technology suppliers, ensuring competitive economics, contractual resilience, and long-term partnership value.

• Own the end-to-end value delivery agenda for the IT domain, including sourcing performance, supplier governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

• Develop and inspire high-performing international teams of approximately 80 procurement specialists.

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.

• Identify emerging technology trends and translate them into business opportunities.

What You Bring

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Technology, IT, Telecommunications, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Procurement.

• Proven success leading complex international organizations and executive stakeholder environments.

• Deep expertise across several major IT sourcing areas, such as Hardware, Software, Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, and IT Services.

• Outstanding strategic thinking, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.

• Ability to inspire teams and drive change in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• Master's degree in engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

• Fluent English; French and/or German would be an asset.

Reporting: Senior executive reporting line within BuyIn, with regular interaction at shareholder leadership level.
